I had an epiphany early this morning about what I need to do with the experiences, thoughts and feelings about my job. There is really no one who can relate to the everyday ordeals except for other call center service reps. So as Oprah says I had my A-Ha! moment and now this thing has to be birthed. I do not know how long its will last but I plan to enjoy it as long as I can and make sure that if others have comments that I take the time to respond and not get offended with opposition or criticism to my thoughts.
